Abstract:CCC 2021 proudly presents the plenary panel session on Women in Control.We are honored that four prominent female experts and educators in the field will join this panel to share their expertise and visions, and to discuss challenges and opportunities in control and automation in general. Through direct dialog with these world-renowned panelists, we aim to gain a deeper insight into some fundamental and emerging problems in research and applications.
This panel will also serve as a platform for exchanging ideas and debating general issues in control and automation. It offers an opportunity too for the audience, in particular students and junior researchers, men or women, to hear the opinions and advices of our renowned experts on issues we often face at the early stage of our careers or studies.

Abstract:The plenary panel session invites four distinguished scholars to share their research experience and original perspectiveson“Intelligent Systems and Control”. They will present the research progress andachievements on intelligent wearable universal systems, industrial intelligence, vision control strategies for mobile platforms, and control theory for state-constrained systems, and discuss some of the challenges and opportunities in these areas. Through the dialogue and interaction with these renowned experts, we aim to gain a deeper understanding of some fundamental and emerging issues in research and applications of intelligent systems and control.
